I use evidence-based, exposure-informed therapies, including EMDR, to help you safely and gradually process trauma at a pace that feels manageable.
This work is collaborative and responsive to your needs. Therapy is not about reliving the past—it’s about integrating it in a way that allows you to live more fully in the present, with greater agency, clarity, and self-compassion.
